Workshop Description
What story is your organization playing out? Given the culture of the organization, how easily does leadership connect to people and influence outcomes? When the world outside looks in at your organization, what does it see? These are the questions that the Organizational and Team Culture Indicator (OTCI) is designed to answer.
The OTCI is a powerful tool that delves into an organization's culture and shows leaders and employees how to optimize success, focus and navigate change efforts and create the most appropriate brand identity. Using Carl Jung’s concept of archetypes, the OTCI assesses an organization at a deep level, helping to reveal its core values, operating style, strengths, and vision based on evaluations by its members. Qualifying Training for the Organizational and Team Culture Indicator is for professional organizational development consultants, managers, human resources directors, marketing professionals, coaches, trainers, and individuals interested
Course Objectives:
- Train and qualify on the Pearson-Marr Archetype Indicator (PMAI) on day one of this 3-day course
- Administer and interpret the OTCI appropriately and ethically
- Describe the twelve archetypal stories most present in teams and organizations
- Recognize the strengths, values and challenges associated with each story
- Evaluate how archetypes affect employee motivation, consumer satisfaction and loyalty
- Identify organizational imbalances and strategize ways to correct them
- Discuss and practice applying the OTCI in coaching, employee motivation and retention, organization and leadership development and marketing and branding
