Otto KroegerOtto Kroeger (Founder) is a nationally known organizational consultant, whose primary area of expertise is the use of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) Assessment. He is a renowned speaker, trainer and best selling author on the subject of psychological type and is in high demand for his talent in bringing type theory to diverse personal and professional groups throughout the world. He is Past-President of the Association of Psychological Type and a current member of NTL. He has co-authored four leading books on Type: Type Talk, Type Talk At Work, 16 Ways to Love Your Lover, and Personality Type and Religious Leadership (with Roy M. Oswald).

Hile RutledgeHile Rutledge (Chief Executive Officer) is an experienced organization development consultant, trainer, and public speaker with an extensive background in management, adult education, and leadership and team development. Hile's primary area of expertise lies in the use of a range of personality assessment instruments as tools for enhancing self-management, leadership, and comm-unication with teams and leaders. Hile has done extensive work with both public and private sector clients whose needs range from team building, communications and feedback training, conflict management, strategic planning, and other large group events and skills-based workshops. Hile has a BA in Humanities from Hampden-Sydney College and a Master of Science in Organization Development from the American University (AU/NTL). He is co-author of the best-selling book Type Talk At Work, 2nd Edition.

Jennifer TuckerJennifer Tucker, Ph.D. (Consulting Director) is an expert group facilitator and trainer, management consultant, and project manager. Past and current work includes facilitating inter-governmental technical and scientific work groups, conducting leadership development and teambuilding training workshops, leading organizational assessments and strategic planning projects, and managing outreach and communication projects. Jennifer frequently conducts training in project management, supervisory skills, communication, and conflict management. She holds a BA in Environmental Science from Wesleyan University, an MS in Management from Purdue University, and a Ph.D. in Science and Technology Studies. Jenny is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and is the author of the booklet Introduction to Type and Project Management, part of CPP's Introduction to Type Series. Hassan KamelHassan Kamel (Consulting Coordinator) is an experienced organization development consultant, facilitator, and trainer with a background in professional development, adult experiential education, team building, and leadership development. His most recent consulting work has been with the United States Air Force, where he has provided ongoing assessment and coaching services to military training instructors. Hassan holds both Bachelor and Master degrees in Biology from George Mason University.

Associate Profiles

Vic Cocowitch. Vic Cocowitch is an organizational and leadership development consultant who works to identify and resolve problems and to develop leaders and their organizations through strategic thinking, change management and team building. Vic has been an Associate with OKA since 1990 and has worked with the MBTI Assessment for 20 years. His current focus is the practical application of the psychological type to enhance the effectiveness of teams and organizations. He also uses type one-on-one with executives to support their leadership development and their abilities to manage complex organizational and personal challenges. Prior to starting his own consulting practice in 1988, Vic worked as a health care executive, working in both hospital and managed care settings. Vic is currently on the faculty of NTL Institute for Applied Behavioral Sciences, the Center for Creative Leadership and the University of North Carolina School of Public Health.

Joyce S. Kaser. Dr. Kaser specializes in using the MBTI Assessment with senior managers to analyze and resolve organizational problems and assist work groups in carrying out their tasks more effectively. She has also helped teachers better accommodate the diverse learning styles of their students, volunteer groups more effectively select and reward their workers, and husbands and wives improve their relationships, as well as parenting skills. By training, Dr. Kaser is a human resources development professional specializing in evaluation, technical assistance, training and curriculum development. The focus of her current work is evaluating large system change effects, especially those funded under National Science Foundation initiatives. She is lead author of a book on the topic, in addition to books on the topics of leadership, change, professional development and group facilitation.

Alan Klein. Alan Klein has worked in a variety of public and private settings as a trainer, consultant, facilitator, administrator and teacher. Currently he specializes in training and consulting in the areas of leadership development, valuing diversity, team building and communication. Alan also provides organizations and other groups with support and facilitation in the use of large group methodologies such as SimuReal, Future Search and Open Space Technology. Throughout this work, he emphasizes self-awareness as a vehicle for enhanced competency and effectiveness in interpersonal situations. Alan received his M.Ed. at West Virginia University and holds a BA in Social Science and Psychology from the University of Michigan. In addition, he has participated in continuing education through NTL Institute and Johns Hopkins University, among others. He was elected to membership in the NTL Institute for Applied Behavioral Science in 1997.

Catherine Lilly. Catherine Lilly has over twenty years of experience in consulting and training in human resource and organizational effectiveness issues in both private and public sectors. She is a national expert in the use of the MBTI Assessment, with nearly twenty years experience conducting type-based sessions for organizations and individuals. She has worked effectively applying type in large (1,000) and small (8) organizational groups and teams. Whether the focus is on personal effectiveness or improved team interaction, Catherine has presented equally effectively to national and international groups at all levels in the organization.

Ray Linder. Ray Linder, MBA, helps organizations and individuals be prudent and prosperous managers of their time, talent and treasure with proven counseling, coaching, consulting and training programs centered around psychological self-awareness and tailored action planning. Ray's insightful knowledge of psychological type combined with a passion for people, results in a unique skill to help businesses, ministries, individuals and families attain the excellence they were designed to achieve. Ray is author of three books, including his recent What Should I Do With My Money? How Your Personality Affects Your Financial Behavior. Ray is a national speaker and seminar leader and was featured on the CNBC program Watch and Make Money, and he is a frequent guest on national radio programs. Ray has over 20 years of financial experience including corporate finance, investment management, fundraising and development, consulting and small business management.

Rita Murray. Rita Murray has over twenty-five years experience in the area of organizational development, information technology, presentation skills, executive coaching, and business communications. Her diverse experience includes work with small and large businesses, non-profits, government agencies, and defense contractors, including General Electric, IBM, Compaq Computer Corporation, and Lockheed. Rita is the author of Survive and Thrive in a Multi-Generational World, a personal guide to working with the four generations in the American workplace. Integrating her combination of unique experience in the business world and her academic training into her presentations, Rita's events are fast-paced, multimedia-based, information-packed, and fun! She is the 2005/2006 President of the National Speaker Association (NSA) Oklahoma Chapter. Rita is working towards a PhD in Instructional Psychology and Technology at the University of Oklahoma.

Judith Noel. Judith Noel's expertise lies in organization culture change, work initiatives, leadership development and coaching, and building high performance teams. Specifically, Judith has served as the director or process consultant leading the redesign efforts of several organizations nationwide. Judith holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in education and counseling psychology and has completed substantial postgraduate work in organizational behavior and related disciplines. In addition to her corporate work, she has held teaching positions at the Whittemore School of Business and Economics, the Universities of New Hampshire, Minnesota, Stanford and Georgetown.

William Roberts, Jr. For over two decades, Bill worked as the Assistant Dean of Admissions and Lecturer in Religion at Wesleyan University and as a clergyman in the Presbyterian ministry. In the late 1980s he entered the corporate world as a senior change management consultant. In 1993, Bill began consulting, and in 1995, he was appointed to the faculty of DUXX, Graduate School in Business Leadership in Monterrey, Mexico. Expert in the theory and application of the MBTI Assessment and Strength Deployment Indicator, Bill has written two books, Initiation to Adulthood: An Ancient Rite of Passage in Contemporary Form and Crossing the Soul's River: A Rite of Passage for Men. Bill is also the author of numerous articles and a frequent workshop leader and speaker.

Leanne Cusumano Roque. An executive coach with an International Coach Federation credential, Leanne Cusumano Roque is an experienced facilitator, and a dynamic trainer. A past government leader and attorney, she specializes in executive coaching, strategic planning, and organizational effectiveness work with government employees, non-profits, scientists, entrepreneurs, and legal organizations. Leanne is a qualified MBTI trainer, and uses type in coaching and facilitation. She has experience in private practice and inside the National Science Foundation and the Food and Drug Administration, and is a graduate of the Federal Executive Institute's Leadership for a Democratic Society program. Her focus is on supporting you in consistently obtaining desired results with a sense of well-being.

Bill Smith. Bill Smith specializes in developing and delivering curriculum related to leadership, communication, negotiation, decision-making, project management, inter-cultural management, and conflict resolution. Bill has developed and taught courses in leadership, project management and communications all over the world. He has conducted numerous MBTI and SDI workshops with groups at all levels from community volunteers to senior vice presidents of Fortune 500 companies. Bill has over 25 years of experience in leadership, management, strategic planning, change management, education, and team building. The first 20 years of his career was with the United States Air Force serving in both the enlisted and officer ranks. He retired at the rank of major from the Air Force in 1997 as the Director of Quality and Manpower at Andrews Air Force Base. Bill recently completed his Doctorate in Religion and Social Science with an emphasis in Management through Oxford Graduate School.

Patricia Williams. Dr. Patricia Williams consults with businesses and other groups seeking to improve human and organizational effectiveness. She has been an Associate with OKA since 1997. Her work ranges from leading workshops on personal growth, to consulting on large systems change, to teaching graduate courses in organizational development. She has been working with the MBTI Assessment in a variety of interpersonal and group settings for over twenty years, applying it to personal and professional development, teaching and learning styles, team building, conflict resolution and organizational change management. Prior to entering her consulting career, Dr. Williams practiced as a family physician, served as Medical Director of a Rural Health Center and was on the faculty of the Maine-Dartmouth Family Practice Residency Program. She is a graduate of Yale University and Harvard Medical School.
