Polarity Management Foundations
. Is it more effective for leaders to share everything they know or to control the flow of data at work? Are better leadership decisions objective and rooted in logic, or subjective and informed by human values and circumstance? These are common questions that all leaders wrestle with, but the way these questions are typically framed—in either/or terms—sets one side up to win and the other to lose. They are polarities — natural tensions — and the challenge is to manage, not to solve them.  Polarity Management® is a framework and tool that helps leaders, teams and organizations to reframe and manage these creative tensions and polarities in a creative and sustainable way. This interactive one-day workshop is designed as both an introduction to Polarity Management® as well as an applications class, suitable as a next step for those already in the field.
