Generations and Type (MBTI). OKA has partnered with long-time Associate Rita Murray, and her company Performance Consulting to design an exciting new workshop that brings the MBTI assessment, type and temperament to the world of generations theory as a tool to aid in better problem solving and communication. The two-day workshop, delivered by Hile Rutledge, introduces both type and generations and then bridges the two with experiential activities, group discussions and a great new workbook, Generations: Bridging the Gap with Type (co-authored by Murray and Rutledge).
Using Type in Coaching. Coaching is increasingly seen as an essential skill for both managers and consultants. This one-day workshop is designed for participants with some experience in coaching and Type who want to knit the two together. Let your instructor — an experienced executive coach - show you how type knowledge can provide a unique and useful framework for the successful assessment, planning and implementation of a coaching program. This class is offered by OKA and the Center for Applications of Psychological Type (CAPT). Registration is through the CAPT site; the class is taught by OKA Chief Executive Officer, Hile Rutledge.
Using Type with Managers and Leaders. Type provides a powerful template for understanding how people lead and who they will follow. Build onto your Type foundation with this one-day class that enhances your ability to use psychological type to develop leadership — in yourself, others and organizations. This advanced type workshop teaches participants to help managers and leaders identify challenges, make decisions, motivate others and lead change. This class is offered by OKA and the Center for Applications of Psychological Type (CAPT). Registration is through the CAPT site; the class is taught by OKA Chief Executive Officer, Hile Rutledge.
Building Teams with Type. A two-day class that assists qualified type practitioners in designing group learning and team-building programs, tailored to the individual needs of the client. The class is taught in a small group, laboratory-like format, combined with lecturettes and discussions that draw on the participant experience. This class is offered by OKA and the Center for Applications of Psychological Type (CAPT). Registration is through the CAPT site; the class is taught by OKA Chief Executive Officer, Hile Rutledge.
Type Trainer’s Skillshop. Designed for qualified MBTI practitioners, this three day class will help build the skill and confidence needed to bring type information to life in a training session. Capped at 18 participants, this three-day class models and deconstructs an effective introductory workshop, and gives each participant focused time to prepare, deliver and get detailed feedback on a presentation.
